Is an administration tool to assist in the process of scheduling work, allocating staff, paying and charging for a staff member who is working at a temporary location.

It does this by computerising the important processes within the business. Then by offering only valid options for selection and by using ingenious algorithms to reduce the number of key strokes required to an absolute minimum, greatly reduces the time taken to select or enter information

Security
The access security of the system is based on a user ID and password system.
The User ID defines which windows can be viewed and within that window which actions can be performed.


Reporting
There are numerous reports included in tempIT including a Cash Forecast and a Security Report that checks to ensure staff are not being paid for working at two locations at once!
The data repository is an open database to allow you to create your own bespoke reports.

Clients
All clients are grouped into a user-defined category, which could be Company Type, Region etc.
An employee works at a location, each client must have one or more locations.


Rates
Pay and Charge Rates are currently split into two types - hourly and fixed shift.
The selection of which Pay and Charge Rate is applicable is automatically selected based on several parameters but before the rates are applied the details of all the calculations can be checked.


Audit
Every record entered or modified and every transaction performed is recorded along with the User ID and date/time it was entered.
This along with the security functions, allows the audit of the whole system.
